Customer acknowledges that all items are non-refundable, exchangeable, or returnable. Please understand that we are a small business and we cannot afford to do returns at the moment. After an order is placed and processed you are not able to cancel or change the order. If your item arrives damaged, please send us an email to: noahcojewelry@gmail.com

 

When you purchase any item from Noah&Co

you are acknowledging that we are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. If this happen, please check with the shipping carrier and file a missing package claim and ask them for further assistance. 

Noah&co is not responsible for any incorrect address input by the customer.

If your package was stolen from your entrance or was lost by the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for this, but we will help you as best as we can to file a claim.
